Short version: VisitorPass uses only essential session cookies required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or any third-party tracking technologies.

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser by a website you visit. Cookies serve different purposes — some keep you logged in, others track you across websites for advertising.

We use only strictly necessary cookies. No consent is required for these under GDPR as they are essential to service delivery.

Cookies we do NOT use
Unlike most software-as-a-service products, VisitorPass does not include:
- Google Analytics or similar web analytics services
- Facebook Pixel or any advertising network tracking
- Hotjar, FullStory or session recording tools
- CRM tracking pixels or marketing automation
- Third-party chat widgets that set persistent cookies
Local Storage
The VisitorPass web application uses browser local storage to cache UI state (e.g. table sort preferences, active view). This data is stored on your device only and is never sent to our servers. You can clear it at any time via your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from logging in. Instructions for common browsers:

If we introduce new cookies we will update this page and, where required, seek your consent. We will never add advertising or analytics cookies without explicit notice.
