Short version: VisitorPass uses only essential session cookies required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or any third-party tracking technologies.

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser by a website you visit. Cookies serve different purposes — some keep you logged in, others track you across websites for advertising.

Cookies we use

We use only strictly necessary cookies. No consent is required for these under GDPR as they are essential to service delivery.

Unlike most software-as-a-service products, VisitorPass does not include:

Local Storage

The VisitorPass web application uses browser local storage to cache UI state (e.g. table sort preferences, active view). This data is stored on your device only and is never sent to our servers. You can clear it at any time via your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from logging in. Instructions for common browsers:
