Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VisitorPass platform and website. By subscribing to or using VisitorPass you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
VisitorPass is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing visitor management, employee time tracking, space booking, fault reporting and related functionality, delivered via web browser at one or more subdomains of visitorpass.eu.
2. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles as described on the Pricing page.
- Annual subscriptions are invoiced upfront and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout.
3. Free Trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to collect personal data beyond what is necessary for visitor management or workplace administration.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or create derivative works of the platform.
- Share login credentials between multiple individuals.
- Use the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5. Data and Privacy
You are the Data Controller of personal data stored in your VisitorPass account. We act as Data Processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on request. You are responsible for ensuring a lawful basis exists for all data you collect through the platform.
6. Service Levels
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the core platform. Planned maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Unplanned downtime will be communicated via our status page.
7. Intellectual Property
VisitorPass and all associated software, documentation and trademarks are the property of AurisTec. The platform is licensed to you, not sold. Customer data remains the property of the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which AurisTec is incorporated. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
